Mentor and Mentee
TKU “Mentor and Mentee” Plan (hereinafter referred to as the plan) is created to encourage TKU’s outstanding teachers to guide full-time teachers who are newly employed or who wish to improve their teaching skills, by assisting them to understand the culture, teaching environment, and resources of TKU for teachers to teach, research, guide, serve, and other matters and to encourage TKU’s full-time teachers in improving their teaching methods.。
